Our Solution.
We have over twenty years experience in machining castings to customers expectations. At TQM we can provide you with turnkey answers, from designing and building fixtures to hold your castings for machining, to getting patterns made, to specialty services like plating, heat treat, and fabrication.
TQM can also machine one off prototypes to your specifications, or assist you with design.

Our Services.
Total Quality Machining can provide machining in the following areas: Blanchard grinding, surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, heat treating and plating, fixture and prototype production, CNC turning and milling.
Our turning capacity is 28 inch swing by 60 inch turn. Vertical machining envelope is 78 inch by 36 inch by 30 inch. Horizontal is 30 inch by 30 inch by 30 inch, with full 4th axis capability.
